How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation we need you to click the Book Online button and sign in. We have Client Section for our customers and they have their own profile accounts that allows you to keep track of your rentals in a system. Please create an account and then you can book you vehicle or call us at 1.888.369.5252 |

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time in order to avoid being charged up to one day's rental fee. |

Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
Yes, you must present a valid credit card in renter's name at the time of the rental. A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental to be used as a deposit, this is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization varies between $3,000 and $5,000 depending on the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Final payment will be applied to authorized credit card or cash. |

Can you deliver the vehicle to me?
Yes, we'll deliver your vehicle to any location. We ask the renter to be present at the time of drop off. We will need to complete paperwork and review the proper vehicle operation. |

What do I need to bring with me?
All renters must present a valid driver license, with photograph, at the time of rental. Also, you will need to bring a credit card and proof of insurance (Canadian Residents). |

How old do I have to be to rent a vehicle?
All renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age, at least 21 years old (extra fees apply). |

Are additional drivers permitted?
Additional driver must meet the age requirement and have a valid driver license to be present at the time of rental. |

How are rentals priced?
All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period. |

Are the cars allowed out of province?
No, for insurance purposes, all vehicles are required to stay within the province of Ontario. |

Is smoking permitted in the vehicles?
No, for the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may apply if policy is violated. |

What happens if I'm involved in a traffic accident?
First, seek medical attention if needed. Secondly, for insurance purposes and your protection, you must file a police report. Then contact us so we are aware of the situation. |

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?
It is unlikely since all our vehicles are late models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24 hour road-service plan which covers such items as: Flat tire, lock out, towing, and fuel delivery. You simply call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way. |
